Accessible exercise loop open to the public

Open to the public, the new walking and exercise loop on the Premier Alliances Bisbee Campus provides a safe, accessible space for low impact activity.

As part of our ongoing effort to provide accessible resources to the community, Premier Alliances has completed a walking and exercise pathway on our Bisbee Campus.

Open to the public during regular business hours, the new walking path is the latest effort to create a safe location for people of all abilities to engage in low impact activities to improve their physical and mental health. The looping path takes advantage of the campus’s inherently accessible design, paved pathways, and ease of use to provide a secure location free from heavy traffic and other hazards.

The walkway measures approximately 500 steps and circles throughout the Premier Alliances Campus. Three pieces of accessible exercise equipment can be found along the northwest corner of the path, providing users with the opportunity to engage in upper body exercise. The track also seamlessly connects to the Founders Garden, open during the same hours, offering visitors another opportunity for rest and relaxation among dozens of plant species native to the Southwest.

The Premier Alliances Bisbee Campus is located at 1556 S. Naco Highway, and is open Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, except for federal holidays. For more information, call (520) 422-3201 or email info@premieralliances.org. Support for the walking and exercise path was provided in part by the Legacy Foundation of Southeast Arizona.
