Robert Ratliff, an employee of Premier Alliances for three years, helps maintain our three-acre campus in Bisbee, including the Education/Conference Center professional meeting space.
A vehicle technician for more than 20 years, Robert enjoys the change of pace and outdoor activity his work as a crew member provides him.
“I enjoy everything, because it’s different. After 21 years working in one spot, I enjoy working here,” he said.
His technical skills come in handy when working with and maintaining the assorted tools needed to keep the campus looking good, including grass trimmers, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
“If I see something broken, I’ll try to fix it. I’m just that kind of person,” Robert said.
In addition to maintaining the grounds, Robert also ensures the Education/Conference Center is kept sanitized and clean between uses by the various professional organizations that rent the space.
Robert also fills in as a member of the custodial crew at the Brian A. Terry U.S. Border Patrol Station in Bisbee when needed.
“I’m the kind of person that likes to keep going, try different things,” he said.
