On Friday May 30, 2025, we held our annual In-Service Day, bringing together all Premier Alliances employees for a day dedicated to training, wellness, and team connection.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the community partners and presenters who contributed their time and expertise:
* Kimberly Baltunis of Edward Jones, for offering guidance on financial planning and retirement options.
* Hilary Gardner, our Chief Operating Officer, for leading our internal policy review and updates.
* Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. Outreach Team, for providing wellness checks and valuable health education to our staff.
* Dr. John Messer of Cochise College, for his important session on anti-harassment in the workplace.
* Cafe Roka for providing breakfast and lunch for our entire team.
* Pete Mecozzi Photography for capturing the moments throughout the day.
The afternoon concluded with a bit of fun and raffles presented by our Board of Directors President, Joel Evans. One lucky team member took home a brand-new TV and others received an extra day of PTO.
