Meet Jorge Moreno, an employee with Premier Alliances, Inc. since July 2013.
After starting with us driving tractors and operating equipment on Fort Huachuca, Jorge has been working at the U.S. Border Patrol’s Brian Terry Station in Bisbee for the last three years. There, he works with co-workers to keep the facility’s floors, carpets, offices and common areas spotless.
“It’s easier to say what I don’t do,” Jorge said. “I do a little bit of everything.”
His dedication to his job (he hasn’t missed a day of work in three years!) and attention to detail were recognized in January when he was promoted to the supervisory position.
Working with fellow employees Michael and co-supervisor Annahiz, Jorge helps to ensure that the men and women working at the Brian Terry Station have a clean, orderly workspace to operate out of.
“We keep everything very organized,” he said.
Premier Alliances CEO Rachel Gray praised Jorge’s valuable contributions to the team, to include his work ethic and leadership.
“He is a great role model for all employees to follow. Jorge steps in when asked without complaint and tackles each task with integrity and determination.”
In addition to his recent promotion, Jorge’s hard work also earned him Employee of the Quarter for the winter of 2016/2017. Congratulations Jorge! We are very fortunate to have you on the Premier Alliances team!
