Anna Hiz Guzman has been with us at Premier Alliances for nearly four years.
“This is my first job,” she said enthusiastically at a recent employee luncheon. “I went to Douglas High School, then Cochise College and then worked for one year as a babysitter before applying for this job in Bisbee.”
Hailing from Douglas, Anna Hiz has worked her entire career with Premier Alliances at the U.S. Border Patrol’s Brian Terry Station, where she works with a team to keep the facility spotless and, as a supervisor, ensures work-related paperwork is handled accurately.
“I work with Jorge and Michael to clean. I love cleaning. I check all of our paperwork, do the time sheets and make sure they’re right,” she said.
Naturally well ordered and dedicated, Anna Hiz said she found that those inclinations easily carried over to her job.
“I love to clean and be organized. I’m very organized at home,” she said.
Her long-time dedication to her job, as well as her proficiency, were rewarded in the autumn of 2016 when she was promoted to a supervisor position.
“I like the fact that there are a lot of opportunities at Premier Alliances,” Anna Hiz said.
Premier Alliances, Inc. CEO Rachel Gray said, “Anna Hiz brings a joyful and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace, which helps to build team unity.”
Over the last several years, one of the things that Anna Hiz has grown to really enjoy about the job, she said, are the people she works with.
“I like working as a team. We’re all pretty close to one another.”
Premier Alliances is very happy to count Anna Hiz as one of our valued employees.
